How much can I borrow?
Your loan offer is determined by your history with Green Trust Cash, our underwriting process, and information gathered from third party data sources. Our loans range in amounts from $300 to $1000.
Does it matter if I have bad credit or no credit?
Bad credit or no credit alone does not determine loan approval.
Will applying affect my credit score?
Green Trust Cash does not perform credit checks with the three major credit reporting bureaus, however, credit checks, or consumer reports may be obtained by alternative providers, as well as verification of identity data points and active military status verification.
The alternative providers may utilize information obtained from the major reporting bureaus and these checks may show up as soft inquiries on your credit report, which should not affect your credit score.
What are the minimum requirements to apply for a loan?
Recurring and verifiable source of income
Meet external and internal underwriting requirements taken in whole or in part
Legally meet all requirements to enter into a contract
Have an open and active checking account
What is Instant Bank Verification?
Instant Bank Verification (IBV) is a safe and secure process that allows us to temporarily view your bank statements. It will not allow us to access, withdraw, credit or transfer funds from your account.

How will I receive my loan funds?
In most cases your funds will be electronically deposited via ACH to your bank account on the next business day.
Can I get same day funding?
We do not offer same day funding via wire transfer at this time.
How do I make payments?
By ACH draft from your bank account on your due date, or send a cashier’s check, money order, personal check, or certified check to our offices in Hays Montana on or before your due date.
How do I check my balance or next payment due date?
By using our self-service portal at https://selfservice.greentrustcash.com.
When will my payments draft if it falls on a weekend or holiday?
Any debits to your account for repayment that falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or banking holiday will be debited on the next business day.
What is a VIP?
A VIP or VIP Gold customer is a returning customer who has paid off one or more loan in good standing and is eligible for discounted rates on subsequent loan.
What is my incentive to pay via electronic debit from my bank account?
By choosing to repay via ACH you will receive an APR discount of approximately 50 basis points. Actual savings over the life of the loan may vary - please see the rates page for an example.
How do I cancel my loan?
You may cancel your payment obligations under this Loan Agreement, without cost or finance charges, no later than 3:00 p.m. Mountain time of the next business day immediately following the Disbursement Date. Your right to cancel your loan only applies if your loan either has not funded or, if it has, the funds are returned to us. To cancel your payment obligations on this loan, you must inform us in writing, by or before the Cancellation Deadline, either by email to email@example.com that you want to cancel the future payment obligations on this loan. If we receive payment of the principal amount via the debit, then both your and our obligations under this Loan Agreement will be rescinded. If we do not receive payment of the principal amount by debit to Your Bank Account or your debit card, then this Loan Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
Can I pay my loan off early?
This is a term installment loan with approximate equal payments, but you have the right to prepay at any time. We strongly encourage customers to pay back their loan as soon as possible to reduce the amount of interest charges. You can pay your outstanding balance at any time without prepayment penalty through our self-service portal https://selfservice.greentrustcash.com or by contacting Customer Service.
